Check if your email address is correct.
Please ensure that the email address you are checking is a valid email address bound to when registering for the EasiCoin account, and the information entered is correct.
Check junk emails or other folders
Some email service providers may incorrectly classify system automatic emails as "junk email", "advertising emails" or other non-primary folders. Please go to the corresponding folder to search.
If you confirm that EasiCoin emails have been mistakenly intercepted, we suggest that you:
- Mark the sending email address as "non-junk email".
- Add the sender's email address to your email allowlist (trust list).
Confirm whether the Email service is running normally
- Please check whether your email client or webmail can send and receive other emails normally
- Check for security policy restrictions due to network, firewall, or antivirus software that affect message synchronization
Check if your mailbox is full
If your mailbox space limit is reached, you will not be able to receive new emails. It is recommended that you clear some historical emails to free up space and try again later.
It is recommended to use mainstream email service providers.
To ensure the stability of email sending and receiving, it is recommended to use the email addresses provided by mainstream email service providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, etc. for account binding.
