Official Explanation of EasiCoin Risk Control Rules

Dear EasiCoin Users and Partner Agents,

To maintain a fair and orderly trading environment and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all users, EasiCoin has established and continuously enforces the following risk control rules.

All platform users and partner agents are required to strictly comply with these regulations to jointly maintain a healthy and stable trading order.
 

I. Position Holding Risk Control

For orders exhibiting abnormal position holding behavior, the platform will apply corresponding risk control measures based on trading characteristics:

• For orders with frequently short holding durations, a portion of the rebate amount will be deducted
• For orders with clearly abnormal and excessively short holding durations, the rebate qualification will be revoked and the full rebate amount will be deducted
   

II. Short-Term High-Frequency Trading Control

For accounts showing characteristics of short-term high-frequency trading, the platform will apply tiered handling measures:

• When the proportion of short-term orders reaches the platform’s risk threshold, a risk reminder and warning will be issued
• If the account continues to exceed the risk threshold after the warning, the platform reserves the right to cancel all rebate qualifications for the account’s orders on that day
   

III. Handling of Abnormal Trading Behavior

If the platform detects any of the following abnormal trading behaviors (including but not limited to):

• Cross-trading between multiple accounts
• Wash trading
• Trading on behalf of others
• Other behaviors that disrupt market fairness and normal trading order

The platform reserves the right to:

• Directly revoke all rewards and rebate qualifications
• And, depending on the severity of the violation, apply measures such as temporary suspension or permanent account ban
   

IV. Enhanced Measures for Serious Violations

For users or partners involved in serious violations, the platform may impose further measures based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Public notice or criticism
• Restriction or cancellation of rebate privileges
• Suspension of part or all trading functions
• Downgrading of account level
• Restriction or prohibition of market participation rights
   

V. Additional Notes

All rebate and reward activities are carried out in accordance with the User Agreement, Risk Control Management Rules, Rebate Cooperation Agreement, and current market conditions, and may be dynamically adjusted based on risk assessments.
