EasiCoin App Fund Transfer Operation Guide

Before conducting spot or futures transactions, users need to transfer assets from their fund account to the corresponding trading account. In order to improve asset utilization efficiency and ensure clear account management, EasiCoin supports convenient transfer between accounts. The specific operation process is as follows.

 

Account type description

EasiCoin platform has multiple functional accounts, common account types include:

• Fund Account: A unified deposit account for user assets, which defaults to receiving recharge and activity distribution funds.
• Trading account: A dedicated account for spot trading
• Futures Account: An account used for perpetual futures trading
• Other accounts: may include wealth management accounts, gift accounts, etc., set according to specific business types

Flow of fund transfer operation

Please complete the transfer of assets between accounts according to the following steps:

1. Open the EasiCoin App and log in to your personal account
2. Click on the bottom navigation bar [Assets] to enter the asset overview page
3. Click the "Transfer" button on the page to enter the transfer setting interface.
4. Select transfer direction:
   1. For example: fund account → futures account, or futures account → fund account
5. Select a currency and enter the transfer amount
6. Click "Confirm Transfer", the system will immediately complete the transfer operation, and the assets will take effect in real time in the target account

View transfer records

To query the historical transfer operation, please perform the following operations:

1. On the Transfer page, click the Transfer Record icon in the upper-right corner.
2. The system will display the time, currency, direction, and quantity details of all transfers between accounts
3. Users can filter records by time or account for viewing

Precautions

• The fund transfer is an instant transfer operation within the platform without any procedural fees
• After the transfer, the assets will be immediately available for trading, placing orders, or withdrawing from the corresponding account
• Please ensure that the transfer direction is correct to avoid transaction delays due to operational errors
• Transfer records are important credentials for the flow of funds in user accounts, and it is recommended to check and verify them regularly
