In order to facilitate users to understand the details of fund changes in their accounts at any time, EasiCoin App provides a function for querying the history of fund accounts. Users can view the full amount of fund records including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, distributions, etc. through the following paths, which is convenient for account management and asset verification.
Operation process
- Open the EasiCoin App and complete the account login
- Click on the bottom navigation bar [Assets] to enter the asset overview page
- Select the "Fund Account" module and enter the account details page
- Click the History icon (Clock or List icon) in the upper-right corner of the page to enter the Record Query page.
- View account funds related activity details in "Wallet History"
Queryable record types
On the "Funding Account - History" page, you can view the following record types:
- Deposit records: including recharge records successfully deposited through the blockchain network
- Withdrawal record: including all submitted or completed asset withdrawal operations
- Transfer record: Details of asset transfer between accounts (such as fund accounts and contract accounts, trading accounts)
- Fund distribution records: System fund distribution records such as platform activity rewards, airdrops, rebates, and gift payments.
- Other asset changes: including fee refunds, fee deductions, rebate adjustments, etc
Additional notes
- The query results support sorting by time and filtering by type, which is convenient for users to reconcile and verify
- History will be retained for a long time. If the data cannot be loaded immediately, please refresh the page or try again later
- If you find any abnormalities in your account fund records, please submit feedback in a timely manner through the [Customer Service Center] in the App, and the platform will arrange a dedicated person to assist in handling it
