Step 1: Enter the recharge page
- Open the EasiCoin App
- Go to the "Assets" page in the bottom navigation bar.
- Click the "Recharge" button on the page to enter the currency and network selection interface
Step 2: Select currency and chain type
- Select the currency you wish to recharge (such as USDT).
- In the "Chain Type" option, select the target recharge network
The USDT chain types currently supported by EasiCoin include but are not limited to:
- TRC20 (Wave Field Network)
- ERC20 (Ethereum Network)
- BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain)
- Arbitrum (One-layer Extension Network)
Please make sure to choose the correct chain type based on the withdrawal support of the external platform to avoid asset loss caused by inconsistent chains.
Step 3: Obtain the recharge address
- The system will automatically generate a unique recharge address corresponding to the selected chain
- You can choose:
- Scan the QR code displayed on the page
- Manually copy the string address and paste it into the withdrawal platform or external wallet
The recharge address can only receive the specified currency assets under the selected chain type. Mistake operation may result in the inability to retrieve the assets.
Step 4: Initiate recharge operation
- Initiate a withdrawal operation from an external wallet or other platform by pasting the copied recharge address
- Ensure that the currency, chain type, and input information are consistent
- Wait for blockchain network confirmation after submission
Step 5: View recharge records
After successful recharge, you can click on "Deposit Record" in the upper right corner of the "Assets" page to view detailed arrival information and block confirmation status.
II. Precautions
- Please only transfer digital assets that match the selected currency and network to the recharge address displayed on the current page.
- Example: If you choose the TRC20 network, please ensure that the withdrawal party also chooses TRC20, otherwise the assets will not be recoverable.
- All recharged funds will enter the platform's "Fund Account" by default. If you need to perform other operations (such as trading, contracts, etc.), please use the "Transfer" function to transfer to the target account.
- There is a confirmation delay for blockchain recharge, and the arrival time will vary depending on factors such as the selected chain type, block congestion, and fee settings.
- If the recharge has not been received for a long time, please first check the transaction status through the block explorer to confirm whether the transaction hash has completed the block confirmation.
- If the recharge fails due to non-platform reasons such as incorrect address, mismatched chain type, or incomplete network confirmation, the platform will not be able to recover the assets, and users need to bear the corresponding risks themselves.
