Common recharge errors and their handling methods
Asset recharge to non-EasiCoin addresses
If you mistakenly deposit assets to an address not provided by the EasiCoin platform, the assets cannot be recovered. As such addresses are not controlled by the platform, we cannot provide technical assistance or fund recovery.
Please make sure to confirm that the address comes from the official EasiCoin page before recharging.
The recharge amount is lower than the minimum recharge limit
EasiCoin has a minimum recharge amount limit (currently 1 USDT or equivalent currency). If your recharge amount is ≤ 1 USDT, the asset will not be credited and will not be refunded or manually reissued.
Please make sure the amount is higher than the minimum limit before recharging.
Asset recharge to incorrect currency or chain name address
For example, deposit BTC to an ETH or BSC network address.
If such an error occurs, please contact online customer service immediately and prepare the following information:
- Register UID
- Incorrect recharge currency
- Incorrect recharge amount
- Error recharge address
- Correct currency and chain name to be topped up
- Blockchain Transaction Hash (TXID)
- Detailed explanation of this operation error
We will submit it to the technical team for review and processing.
Please note that the processing result cannot guarantee 100% recovery of assets, and the processing cycle is long. Please be patient.
Recharge to currency addresses that have not yet been launched.
If the currency you recharged is not currently available on the EasiCoin platform, please contact our online customer service immediately. We will evaluate the feasibility of processing and provide follow-up guidance.
Processing cycle description
Error recharge handling usually involves multiple technical processes such as on-chain verification, asset extraction, and permission verification. The expected processing time is no less than 7 working days, and some complex cases may take longer.
We promise to do our best to assist you, but please understand that:
- Non-platform controllable erroneous recharge assets cannot guarantee successful recovery.
- All processing needs to be completed within the scope supported by blockchain technology.
